Wind powered building

I've seen numerous examples of wind generators attached to buildings. The typical problem is that the cyclical action of the generator starts a vibration in the structure that makes the buildings noisy. Another problem is the generators themselves detract from the look of the building. Take a look at this one.

Solar Power

Solar power is ideal for outdoor activities. Like this. As generators of electricity, solar panels have no moving parts and are virtually silent.

Accessible drinking fountains

For those of your that work in California:

The DSA Access Manual shows an image of an accessible drinking fountain. The clear space is listed as 32" between cane detectable rails. What if you have a high/low fixture? Is 32" clear enough? I spoke to Scott Davison to gain some clarification. He said that the 30" x 48" clear space (in plan) should be centered on the accessible drinking fountain.
